Zhejiang Nanxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. works across two lines: decoction pieces and food-as-medicine products. Nanxing is a trading supplier: it does no processing itself, buys against orders, and organises supply order by order.
Nanxing carries more than 700 specifications, from a single commonly used decoction piece to a multi-variety order, all deliverable as one complete order — so buyers need not piece supply together from several places.
Goods are sourced from compliant decoction-piece producers within Zhejiang, procured by variety and by order. Zhejiang daodi herbs are Nanxing's core: all sixteen of the old and new Zhejiang Eight Flavours come from Zhejiang daodi production areas.
Every batch that arrives goes through a fixed procedure: product name, specification, batch number, origin and quantity are checked, and packaging, labels and accompanying documents are inspected; batches that pass inspection are registered into stock, and batches that fail are not admitted but are handled under procedure. While in storage, goods are maintained to storage requirements, with temperature and humidity monitored and recorded; at dispatch, product name, specification, quantity and batch are rechecked, accompanying documents are verified, and the goods are handed over for shipment. Quality documents correspond to the actual batch supplied, and the actual batch is the authority.
Ambient and cool storage are kept separate, with separate zones for goods awaiting inspection, qualified goods, dispatch, non-conforming goods and returns; goods are stored on racked pallets, protected against damp, insects and rodents, ventilated, with temperature and humidity monitored and recorded.
